Christian singer and song writer, Bobby Stephens, from Arizona, will give a free concert at First Baptist Church of Whitehall, 41 Williams St., on Sunday, April 18, at 3:00 p.m.. The concert is part of a series organized by Brian Larson of Christian radio station WNGN, 91.9 FM. The afternoon program will include styles ranging from contemporary inspirational to dynamic praise and worship to country gospel to heart touching ballads. At each appearance, Bobby brings the message of hope and encouragement. His music is written to strengthen and challenge Christians in their practical, everyday lives.
Along with being a nationally known Christian singer and songwriter, Bobby is an ordained minister, bringing with him many years of outreach and evangelism experience. His rich and powerful baritone voice and songwriting talents bear witness to the grace and goodness of the Lord in his life.
Bobby has written and released five CDs, which have been received warmly by radio stations nationally. He is a member of the Gospel Music Association and the BMI Songwriters Association. Their products are available directly through Rock of Safety offices. The Stephens family resides in the mountains of northern Arizona.
